At Swinging Janice, every product is carefully formulated using premium oils to support healthy hair and beard care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain clear policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at desilguyarmande@gmail.com with your order number.
After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Eligibility (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original condition
- In original packaging
⚠️ Important: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Product Use & Results Disclaimer

However:
- Results vary from person to person
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as hair growth rate or thickness)
- Proper and consistent use is required for the best results
This helps protect both the customer and the integrity of our product expectations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photo/video evidence of the issue
Once verified, we will provide:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind (Customer Responsibility)
Returns for reasons such as:
- Ordering the wrong product
- No longer wanting the item
are accepted only if the product is unopened.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Process

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Processing time: up to 7 business days (depending on your provider)
Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards, we do not guarantee exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
Orders Not Delivered
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe:
Contact us with your order number.
If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:
- Issue a replacement, or
- Provide a full refund
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
To protect against fraudulent claims:
- All orders are documented with shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
- Claims of non-delivery must be verified with the carrier
- Abuse of refund policies or repeated claims may result in the refusal of service
