Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & USA: 7–12 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Delays can happen due to:

  • High demand
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather or external factors

Your order is still on the way — we appreciate your patience.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.


My tracking hasn’t updated — is something wrong?

Not at all. It’s normal for tracking to take a few days to update after shipment.

If there are no updates after several days, feel free to contact us.


My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it

We recommend:

  • Checking around your property
  • Asking neighbors or building management

If you still can’t locate it, contact us, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • Must be in original packaging

Why can’t opened products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.


How do I start a return?

Email us at desilguyarmande@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through the process.


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Timing depends on your bank or payment provider

Does this product guarantee hair growth?

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes

How long does it take to see results?

Is your oil truly organic?

Yes — our formula uses high-quality, organic-based oils sourced from trusted suppliers.


Can I use this on both hair and beard?

Yes — our oil is designed for both scalp hair and facial hair.


Orders & Changes

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.


I entered the wrong shipping address

Contact us immediately.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
